I just want a fair refund of money I paid back to my account so that I don’t have to take the time and go to court against Newton’s Car Care.īBB Business Profiles may not be reproduced for sales or promotional purposes.īBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. It’s like a dentist giving you poor service and then saying come back and let them try again. I am not interested in taking my car back to them. I understand that my car is old (2000 Toyota Avalon) and might have more problems that I suspected. It seemed like something as breaking apart and ready to fall off my car. The business is listed under tire shop, auto repair shop. I thanked him and stressed that I wanted to know everything that was wrong with my car and to especially have the shaking and grinding stopped. White Tire Center is a Tire shop located in 2050 N Main Ave, Newton, North Carolina, US. He said that he would read the codes and physically inspect the whole car, and let me know all that was going on with it. N***** about the car's terrible shaking under the hood area and noises and grinding when I turned the wheel and when I accelerated. (I recorded the conversation on my phone because I have had mechanics try to rip me off in the past. I originally told the owner/mechanic about the check engine light going on and what was happening with my car. How could Newton’s Car Care not see these problems? And I didn’t have to pay for a diagnosis with anyone else. Plus, the steering tire rod that was supposedly replaced has been confirmed again by yet another mechanic to be faulty and in need of repair along with driveshaft, ball joint, sway bar link, power steering pressure and return issues, and the list goes on. I was not told the half of what was wrong with my car. They failed miserably at diagnosing the issues. Included in my $1,444.76 bill, I paid $196.07 to have this auto mechanic diagnose the problems with my car. So I made an appointment and took my car to them. I was referred to Newton's Car Care by an auto parts manager who thought that I had a problem with my alternator after testing my battery and learning of my car problems.
